Library The Marvel Community assembles my research on the MARVELL family of England in the 1500's to John MARVELL the immigrant (circa 1652) who settled in Virginia, further following the line through Maryland, Georgia, and finally to Gibson and Posey counties in Indiana where Prettyman MARVEL migated to in 1809. Prettyman MARVEL's descendents were numerous, originally populating southern Indiana and Illinois, and of course eventaully spreading across the United States.While the primary focus of the Marvel Community is on the descndents of John MARVELL, my research on the ROGERS and WILLIAMS families of Posey County is also listed here as is information on the collateral lines of KNOWLES, MONTGOMERY, and BARR.Below is a list of the digital documents I have in the Marvel Library.
